About Lodestar
Operations advisors for owner-led and mid-market companies. Chicago and New York.
Lodestar began in 2011, when two operations directors left industry to do the work they wished someone had done for them. We are still fourteen people, we take on six clients at a time, and every one of us has run a team.
How we work
We work inside your business, two days a week, with the people doing the work. A partner leads every engagement, from the first call to the last day. And we agree on the scope and the fee in writing before we start.
Who we work with
Owner-led and mid-market companies, from about $5M to $250M in revenue, mostly in the Midwest and the Northeast. Most of our clients come to us when the business has grown faster than the way it runs.
Where to find us
Our main office is in Chicago, with a small team in New York. We travel to clients across the US.
