Change that sticks

We stay through the hard part: new routines, new systems and the habits that keep them, until your managers run them without us.

Change that sticks

How it runs

  1. Plan the rollout

    Month 1

What changes first, who is affected and how we will know it is working.

  2. Run it alongside you

    Months 1 to 3

We sit in the new meetings, work out the kinks and coach the managers who will run them.

  3. Step back

    Months 3 to 5

We attend less often while your managers take over, and we only step in when asked.

  4. Hand over

    The last month

A final check of the numbers, written routines, and a date six months later when we come back for a day.

Questions

Why does change usually fail?

Because the plan leaves when the consultants do. We stay until the new routines are habits, and we measure that, not just whether the project was delivered.

Do you implement software?

We help you choose and set up the systems the routines need, and we work with your suppliers. We do not resell software or take a fee from anyone but you.

How often are you on site?

Two days a week at the start, then less as your managers take over. Most engagements end with one day every two weeks.
