Daniel leads our change work. He has rolled out new routines and systems in more than twenty businesses, and he coaches the managers who keep them running.
Daniel joined Lodestar in 2018 from a fast-growing clothing brand, where he ran the warehouse and later the move to a new inventory system.
How he works
Daniel sits in the new meetings for as long as it takes, then attends less and less. He measures his work by how few times he is called back.
